The Victoria Suites at Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort & Spa were simply amazing! The rooms were super spacious, with a riverside balcony that had the most breathtaking views. I loved chilling in the cozy sitting area, sipping my morning coffee at the low table. The writing desk was perfect for catching up on some work too. As a guest who values comfort and a peaceful ambiance, these suites ticked all the boxes for me.

Some people might love it, but personally, I wasn't a big fan of the feature where the balcony overlooks the river. Just wasn't my cup of tea.

The most thing made me happy is the staff there, they are helpful and friendly. for example, I have booked my room to have view on the sea, and this what I got, after I arrived I got shower and I used the room, then I got out to walk around the resort, I found rooms just located front the beach, I went to my room and I called them asking them to change my room to one of these rooms,, they show me they are happy to do that and they sent someone to move my bags and even they didnt mention that I used the room. Other thing I like it, they provide many things without getting from you more many, like they provide a golf & tennis coach, (free classes) you can get rowing boat as much as you like,, other important thing for me, I have not felt the waiters there waiting to give them tips, whatever I gave they just smile and say thank you,, also the therapist who works in the spa are professional and the spa located close to the beach so I had a message in a room designed in vietnamese style so you can hear the sea voice clearly during the message ,, I liked the singer & organist in the restaurant at evening time.. other thing I left my camera and wallet on the table & I went to the sea to swim, I was not worry because I can watch from the sea, However, just when I entered to the sea there was a security came and stand all the time front my table,, I have not expect something like this..I was satisfy about my time that I spent it there,,

One thing that I didnt like and I have told them about it, they have 2 swimming pool, the bar in one of them is not active, so when I ordered somthing from the waiter, he or she call the other bar to bring my order from there,,

The receptionist greeted us with refreshing ginger juice served in unique coconut cups, setting the tone for a delightful stay. The buggy service made transferring our belongings to our room effortless. Our garden view room, number 4, was a cozy haven for our three-night stay. Being just steps away from the beach was a dream, and the sound of the waves in our room was incredibly relaxing. The air conditioning was already turned on upon our arrival, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere. We appreciated the beach bag and towels provided in the room, as well as the thorough cleaning by the housekeeping staff. The evening turn-down service with a sleeping net, snacks, and a fascinating story of the day added a special touch to our experience. The breakfast buffet was consistently delicious throughout our stay, and we enjoyed the option of sitting in the restaurant facing the sea. The friendly and professional staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of during our entire stay. The overall amenities and facilities, including the pools and beach, were impressive and contributed to a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

The hotel is very charming and beautiful, with lots of palm threes, flowers and pretty villas. It is not located in the heart of Mui Ne resort, i.e. away from all the noise and tourists. The hotel has lots of potential, but is very poorly managed. Not worth the six hour drive for $85 just for one way from Saigon!

We didn't like the fact that it says its located on a beach front, and there was no beach, they have replaced all the white and soft sand with more villas... the hotel had only one restaurant and the prices were similar to a mid-range restaurant in central London. The last four star hotel we stayed at had three restaruants with different cruisine. Our villa wasn't cleaned for two days, at the end I had to call facilities to organise it. Staff - the ones that speak English or any sort of international language were very helpful and friendly, all the rest - it was a nightmare to deal with. Regarding what the hotel offers as services and trips around the place - we couldn't organise anything as they run out of cars, guides, etc.

The sea view and plants there are wonderfull!! Quite a lot of various wonderful flowers. Really Really beautifull. And the warm and gentle sea is very suitable to swim. The Staffs are very very kindly and helpful who also can speak very good English.

The breakfast is not as good as others.

Great resort, comfortable bungalows, excellent restaurant, wonderful infinity pool, peaceful and secluded beach, spacious and comfortable rooms.

The location of the beachfront bungalows were excellent and so were the ameneties on offer. That's about it.

The hotel was not capacitised to handle a new year full house and cacaphony prevailed. They even let a pet dog into a bungalow which was obviously a nuisance. Staff looked hassled. The aircon was under capacity to cool a largish room. Overall a waste of money. We stayed 2 days at the Blue ocean before checking in here and wished we had stayed on at the Blue Ocean, which was a class act and a lot cheaper for a better overall experience.

Food and drink are relatively expensive, but the quality is good.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely resort with friendly staff. The spacious and well-maintained bungalows provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The infinity pool was excellent and the beach, although eroded, still offered a peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned by other guests, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are typically good as most Victoria hotels. Location is bait out of town but this may be a good thing

I did not feel that this hotel was nearly as well managed as other Victoria hotels. Front office staff were not very helpful and we had numerous problems with our food orders. Breakfast was below average

Spending Xmas at this resort was nice, especially because of the beautiful facilities and great food. The staff was mostly friendly and always helpful when we needed something. The two swimming pools were amazing and the nearby beach was nice for walks. , the daily breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and drinks to enjoy.

The remote location of the resort was a bit disappointing, as we had to travel quite a distance to go shopping or sightseeing. , it was a bit frustrating that the wifi signal was weak and unreliable at times.

May be the best hospitality in Vietnam! Friendly staff !!

As a budget traveler, I really enjoyed the peaceful and secluded location of the hotel at the end of the town. The beach was beautiful with powdery sand and warm water. The bungalow room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely outside shower and a large patio. Both pools were great, especially the infinity pool with its stunning view. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, accommodating our vegan dietary preferences and serving deliciously adapted dishes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star beachfront resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The restaurant served delicious and high-quality food, and we especially enjoyed the omelettes made to order. The hotel was very proactive in minimizing the discomfort of mosquitoes by regularly spraying. They even upgraded our room to a superior one without us asking because my husband is tall. This gesture was greatly appreciated, and we were thrilled with the spacious room and beautiful view. It was amazing to be so close to the beach, as our sea view room was practically on the sand. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great selection including freshly baked bread, pho, and made-to-order omelettes.
